Lojithan Ram is a multidisciplinary artist and lens-based medium practitioner. Holds his BFA specialisation (painting) at the RAFA, University of Jaffna (2018). He is currently working as a Curator at the “Photographic Society of Sri Lanka”. Also, part of numerous community engagements: founder of Batticaloa Photo-History Archive (since 2021); Co-founder of We Are From Here Collective (since 2018); humanity and Earth, photo documenting, Batticaloa (since 2017). “Capturing the Current” as a photojournalistic series at the Chennai Photo Biennale, 2022-2023; ”People’s Voice is Louder” at the 5th Kochi Muziris Biennale edition, 2023; exhibiting “Ashray” and “Dhaka Art Summit."
